This is the one-stop spot for finding Food Safety Inspection Reports for Northwest Indiana.  Through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), we are able to obtain copies of the inspections completed in Lake, Porter, La Porte, and Jasper Counties.  We are working on getting reports for the other counties in the Region.

To find reports, click on the county you want to search, then the city.  Establishments are listed in alphabetical order.  If you can't find what you are looking for, it's possible we haven't received a report for them yet.  Every place eventually gets inspected and we update our site monthly, so be sure to check back.  You can also follow us on Facebook.
